As Director of Operations for the Mavericks, Dan oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of all club activities to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for athletes, families, and staff. Bringing four years of experience in sports administration and operational management, Dan is responsible for organizing season schedules, managing facilities, coordinating tournaments and events, and supporting day-to-day program delivery.

Dan works closely with coaches, and administrative staff to maintain high operational standards across all age groups and programs. His role includes overseeing registration processes, athlete logistics, and communication frameworks that help keep the club running effectively throughout the season.​

In addition to his administrative leadership, Dan is a Certified Development Coach with Volleyball Canada, with 2 years experience as an Assistant Coach/Team Manager  and brings 12 years of competitive baseball experience to the Mavericks. He competed at a high level with the Newcastle Cardinals and Chatham Ironmen Junior Baseball teams and earned an invitational tryout for the Under 18 Junior Canada National Baseball Team. This background provides him with a strong understanding of athlete development, competitive environments, and the demands placed on players and families.

His commitment to planning, problem-solving, and continuous improvement helps ensure the Mavericks deliver a high-quality, competitive experience grounded in teamwork and long-term growth.
